The Opportunity:
We’re expanding the team and are looking for a professional, yet fun loving individual to help us man the 'front-desk' ship. This ship requires stability and conviction in it's operation. If you think you are it, jump On-board.
Role Duties:
- Providing administrative support, taking and placing calls whilst playing an instrumental part in the professional, helpful and friendly image of our business.
- Provide a friendly environment to greet visitors and colleagues alike, perform receptionist duties to the best of your ability, making sure you are watching out for the finer details.
- Help maintain the front of house and meeting rooms ensuring the highest possible standards. Place orders for stock; you will need to be mindful of budgetary constraints.
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with refreshments, presentation equipment and room layout in advance of meeting, clearing immediately and reassemble as necessary - this is where your organizational skills and high attention to detail will really support your success.
- Deal with external and internal telephone inquiries promptly, referring the query to the appropriate person when the query falls outside own knowledge and experience.
- Constantly strive to improve the service to all that you come in to contact with. Actively proposing improvements that you know will make a real difference and implementing them when approved.
- Booking appointments and maintaining a Google/Zoho calendar.
Role Requirements:
- Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Detail oriented and the ability to work efficiently independently with little to no supervision
- Must have excellent skills in using e-mail, MS Office, PDF Adobe, and experience with Zoho CRM is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
