Accounts Payable, Inputting of invoices, Accounts Receivable-inputting of cheques, Inventory Management-inputting of inventory, Responsible for invoicing and order entry. Greet and entering customers orders. Knowledge of accounts receivable/accounts payable/inventory management is a must. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.Customer service as well as answering phones and taking orders. Also able to type and file quotes and do on contract basis. Filing of invoices and cheques.
Computer Skill and Accounts Receivable./Accounts Payable/Inventory Management Experience need only reply.

Must be able to deliver professional customer service in a cheerful manner in person and over the phone.
Computer Order Entry experience is a must
