Lexia Technologies Ltd. is looking for a Full-Time Office Admin to join its team.
Duties:
- Office Administrative duties
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Organize files and keep month-to-month invoice records
- Create/collect new and pending invoices from clients
- Maintain bookkeeping records every week
- Co-ordinate with employees in the office and on the field
Skills:
- Experience with Payroll or Quick books software is an Asset
- MUST have a strong skill set in using Microsoft Office mainly Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an office setting
- A degree or diploma in Office Administration or Accounting-related fields is an asset.
- Must be able to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Work in a diverse environment
- Training will be provided
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: $18.00 per hour
