Job Description
- Centralize talent centre for non-traditional payments/commerce expertise
- Recommend/amplify partnership opportunities and investment roadmap in the commerce space spanning across retail, fraud/authentication, merchant solutions and business where appropriate
- Monitor and evaluate emerging business models prevalent with market players like Amazon, Apple, PayPal, Square to identify threats and opportunities to TD
- Primary industry lead from TD Bank for Pay By Bank means leveraging network/JV for commercial solutioning, appropriate liability model and technical design, roadmap, …..
- Own vision for the Pay By Bank product at TD Bank and ensure that stakeholder teams across retail, control partners and merchant solutions are aligned to vision that is promoted externally
- Co-create internal strategies to drive adoption and internal product roadmap for Pay by Bank
Job Requirements
- Partner with Cards, MIS and Merchant Acquiring on vision refinement
- Hand-off of Project and ongoing execution, with AVP Payments Platform and Capabilities
- Best in class UX advocacy in partnership with Design team
- Defined control standards with risk/control partners 1A, 1B, Op Risk
