Watsons Home Hardware is looking for a self motivated AZ Driver to join their team at their Listowel, Blyth and/or Gorrie locations. All drivers are home every night!

The AZ Delivery Driver will be responsible for loading and unloading materials using a variety of equipment. If you like driving but like to be in and out of the truck throughout the day, this job is for you!

General duties will include:

• Completing required safety checks on vehicle and ensuring all loads are loaded in a secure fashion;
• Safe driving at all times;
• Unloading customer orders upon arrival in a professional, timely and friendly manner;
• Maintaining an open dialogue with all parties throughout the day to provide updates on delivery status;
• Other duties as assigned.

To be qualified for this position you will have:

• A valid AZ license with a clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract;
• 3-5 years of previous AZ driving experience;
• Previous forklift experience;
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50lbs on a regular basis;
• Ability to work Saturdays;
• Previous lumber and building material experience is preferred;
• A strong sense of direction and general knowledge of South Western Ontario;
• Ability to prioritize changing job tasks.
