We are looking for Sales and Marketing Representatives who are passionate and outgoing individuals to join our Bell Canada neighbourhood marketing team.

THE WORK, THE MISSION:

· Visit households within assigned neighbourhoods during key hours and days of week on behalf of Bell Canada to educate and excite household occupants about Bell Canada’s industry leading, innovative products and services including fibre optic and wireless networks.

· As a Bell Marketing Sales Representative, you have the best promotional service packages to offer to these households to guarantee your success.

· Building your individual brand is just as important and representing the brand of Premium & Bell Canada. You will be equipped with all the right tools to make that happen and know that referrals to other households within your territory will make your presence more known.

· All territories are mapped using in-depth analytics to ensure you can maximize the potential of sales within your assigned territories.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

· Outgoing and Friendly – love meeting new people – with a love of technology

· Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.

· We are looking for a charismatic personality with the drive to be successful. Sales and/or marketing experience is an asset but not everything!

· Ability to work a flexible schedule in the field with evenings and weekends as needed – this is not your traditional 9-5 desk job.

· If you love being unchained from a desk, being outdoors, and meeting people - this is the role for you!

Territories can be based in a 60km region from your assigned territory. Car allowance and travel compensation provided.

COMPENSATION:

· Pay: $18.00 per hour additional to unlimited commission

· Guaranteed base pay with unlimited commissions

· Commission increases per service activated

· Bi-weekly pay

· Referral bonus payout
