• When the customer calls, the person with service duty is the first to react.
• Help counter with serving drinks when busy.

*Cleaning

• Check the couches and cushions are in the right positions.
• Remove mic covers and dispose in garbage in kitchen
• Check the table is wiped and dried - ready for the next group to be in.
• Check the floor for any marks or garbage left behind.
• Throughout the night, go around the rooms to collect empty bottles, glasses, plates, etc to clear the table.
• Being aware which room is finished.
• Make sure mop water is changed when dirty.
• Check in bathroom periodically;

• Make sure there are no garbage on the floor
• Make sure toilet paper and paper towels are stocked
• Clear the vanity
• Periodically clean the counter.
• Periodically clean/take-away empty bottles.
• Periodically clean the black trays.

*Kitchen/Inventory

• Make sure to be in communication with the staff and kitchen for orders and orders delivered.

• Everyone helps out with organizing the alcohol orders and stuff from the vehicle.
• “Close up”

• Go around empty rooms and collect garbage (when collecting garbage in the rooms, please compile garbage into 1 bag). Dispose the “main” garbage bin in the kitchen.
• Bring down the empty bottles down to the front storage room.
• Sweep and mop all the rooms and hallways
• Wipe the table.
• Turn off the machine and the tablet.
