Client Executive
What can you expect?
- The Client Executive maintains and expands public entity accounts, and assists senior level colleagues with maintaining and expanding large or complex accounts to refine and develop technical and managerial sales skills as well as gain exposure.
- You will collaborate with senior level colleagues and project specialists to identify account needs and underlying risks to determine potential services, products and combinations that will best serve and address client business objectives, business compliance so as to expand accounts.

We will count on you to:
- Manage a book of MicroSME clients and provide excellent client service to drive revenue retention and be responsible for managing all service components for the client including marketing/processing.
- Review client/prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage, and analyze the risk to determine the product/service requirements.
- Communicate client needs and binding instructions to insurers.
- Implement and maintain a quality service plan, including ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents.
- Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients.
- Generate new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the business plan along with the team.
- Manage timely billing/collection for each client.
- Develop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities.
- Engage the appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best in-front resources for each client/prospect.
What you need to have:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance.
- Holds RIBO License.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to independently service medium- to larger-end (somewhat complex) accounts.
- Develop client relationships with Economic Buyer and Risk Manager.
- Possess good knowledge of client risk issues and Marsh solutions.
- Effectively manage and retain renewal business.
