The successful candidate will be a team player and will work collaboratively with the Finance, parts, service and sales departments to meet customer expectations.

Scope:

• Report to the Director of Finance and play an active role in the Company’s management team
• Provide support to the finance team and act as a financial resource to the other departments of the business.

Responsibilities

• Draft internal financial and management reports, as well as monthly financial reports to external parties.
• Prepare and support the year-end audit process by coordinating with external auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations of GL accounts to support month-end processes and reporting.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable subledger.
• Prepare and post all bank entries, process portal and EFT payments and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Prepare commission reports for management and sales team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA designation (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years experience in a financial management/department management role
• Experience within a high-growth organization
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• A natural people person who can communicate and collaborate with a team.
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in Managing Processes, Financial Software, Developing Standards, Auditing, Accounting, Tracking Budget Expenses, Analyzing Information.
