Tingleys Harvest Center is a multi-line agriculture and construction machinery dealership group with locations in Lloydminster, Vegreville and North Battleford.
Our Lloydminster location is currently accepting resumes for a CPA professional. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The successful candidate will be a team player and will work collaboratively with the Finance, parts, service and sales departments to meet customer expectations.

Scope:
- Report to the Director of Finance and play an active role in the Company’s management team
- Provide support to the finance team and act as a financial resource to the other departments of the business.
Responsibilities
- Draft internal financial and management reports, as well as monthly financial reports to external parties.
- Prepare and support the year-end audit process by coordinating with external auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Prepare month-end reconciliations of GL accounts to support month-end processes and reporting.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable subledger.
- Prepare and post all bank entries, process portal and EFT payments and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Prepare commission reports for management and sales team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA designation (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years experience in a financial management/department management role
- Experience within a high-growth organization
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- A natural people person who can communicate and collaborate with a team.
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in Managing Processes, Financial Software, Developing Standards, Auditing, Accounting, Tracking Budget Expenses, Analyzing Information.
Experience:
- financial management role: 10 years (preferred)
