About the Job…

A typical day in Counter/Inside Sales:

• Greet all customers and see they are promptly and properly taken care of
• Answer counter and/or telephone inquiries for product information, customer complaints, pricing and delivery
• Receive and process customer orders, recommend substitutions, prepare and input sales data and expedite orders
• Process and monitor special orders and notify customers
• Assist customers picking up their orders
• Keep up to date and support new products and promotions
• Participate in all promotional activities and works with suppliers on counter days
