Customer Experience Specialist Job at Decor-Rest Furniture Ltd
Award winning Canadian Upholstery Manufacturer in Vaughan is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing group of upholstery companies.
Position Responsibilities:
· Deliver an exceptional customer service experience through telephone and email communications with our clients
· Monitor all incoming voice and e-mail communications within the same day, and initiate an appropriate response to messages
· Carry out a full range of incoming order processing activities, including, checking pricing accuracy, reviewing styles and related duties.
· Prepare all paperwork and communicate with the accounting department regarding customer deductions and RMA’s.
· Communicate with appropriate personnel as required to address customer requests and inquiries
· Determine “in process” order status and provide timely information to customers and Sales Rep’s in response to inquiries.
· Liaise with our Order Entry staff to verify the accuracy of all components of the order entry process to ensure “first time” accuracy.
· Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
· Effective written and oral communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner
· Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Ability to use a full range of office machinery, scanner, photocopier, fax etc.
· Must be self-motivated, have a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of French is considered an asset
· Customer service experience is necessary
