CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (PARTS DEPT)
Provide coordination support for various parts department within the branch. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for parts availability. Liaise with other branch locations for parts. Provide parts support for Shop and Field Technicians. Answer customer questions and order needs from external customers.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
*
Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills
*
Ability to lift 50 lbs. on occasion
*
Parts or inventory control experience in the automotive, heavy equipment or material handling industries an asset
Job Responsibilities:
*
Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians
*
Pull orders, receive and put up stock
*
Order parts and develop relationships outside vendors
*
Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and by responding to customer concerns/requests
*
Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers
*
Prepare customer quotes
*
Process paperwork
*
Inventory control to include cycle counts of stockroom, vans and customer consignments
