Customer Service Representative

EBus is currently seeking both full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team based out of our Kamloops Ticket Office. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will require a vehicle or reliable method of transportation as transit isn't an option for some early shifts.

Primary Responsibilities:
Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.
