The Role:

We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional and effective customer service, be a customer advocate, continue to strive for excellence, put the customer first and embrace the customer centric nature of Ever New’s business. You will assist in educating and inspiring our Ever New customers, where they are left with a positive feeling.

The successful candidate will work an average of 25 ordinary hours per week, which may increase depending on the needs of the business. In addition, this role can be performed remotely from home.

About the role:

  • The handling of customer queries from a variety of sources including, but not restricted to, email, web, telephone and social media.
  • Focused on going the extra mile to resolve any customer query at the first point of contact.
  • Keeping accurate customer records using the contact management tools provided
  • The efficient and professional resolution of our store team member queries regarding all services offered.
  • Executing daily administrative tasks & reporting
  • Ensure efficient and effective output and the continuous improvement of the customer service function
  • Positively represent the brand and enthusiasm to uphold the visions and values of Forever New

About You:

  • A Customer first attitude
  • Positive, flexible demeanor, who demonstrates resilience when under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to converse in French and English will be highly regarded.
  • Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to operate effectively in both a group situation and autonomously.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines.
  • The ability to think outside the box to find the right solution for complex customer queries.
  • Computer literate with Word, Excel, Outlook, with ability to learn new systems efficiently.
  • A working knowledge of Zendesk will be advantageous.
