Foam Fighters is Edmonton's indoor NERF arena, with an exclusive target range, well equipped gaming room and a cafe that serves made to order pizzas and sides. We need people that are excited about giving great customer service.

A Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for providing the best possible experience for guests on the phone, when they get to Foam Fighters and after they leave.

Foam Fighters is hiring for its existing southside site and will open a Northside location in February 2023. The majority of the training will take place on the south side.

Hiring a few employees to start as soon as possible, and others to start soon after the new year.

Responsibilities:

- Helping customers at the front reception to check in and give information about Foam Fighters

- Hosting parties, preparing party rooms, gathering party guests and ensuring a great customer experience

- Nerf Arena Referee, DJ and sometimes playing NERF to fill in gaps

- Helping the gamers in the Gamers Lounge pick titles, use the controls and keep things flowing

- Keeping customers safe at all times by following safety procedures

- Filling buckets in the target range, and helping guests with their equipment

- Making sure our facilities are clean and presentable

- Willing to cross train in different departments (such as in the kitchen)

Skills:

• Reliable - must be available on weekends
• Experience with XBox One, PS4 or Nintendo Switch would be an asset
• Some knowledge of Nerf Blasters
• Public speaking or speaking to a group
• Able to multi task
• Innovative/problem solver

• Attention to detail

Hours/Days of work needed:

- Friday, Saturday and Sunday

- Some afternoon/evening work during the weekdays
