Customer Service Representative Job at PoCo Bowl
PoCo Bowl has been open since 1951 and owned by the Madaski family since 1959. It has been a staple in the downtown of Port Coquitlam all of these years and continues to be involved in the community through all of the cities continuing changes and are excited for changes coming in the future!
With a staff up to 12 people and hundreds of league bowlers who have been bowling here for decades, work quickly has a family feel!
Team Member Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting customers and giving them the best service we can provide is priority
- Checking in players
- Handling cash
- Daily cleaning
- Serving concession items
- Assisting with birthday parties & corporate events
Experience in a bowling alley is an asset but not required.
- Must be available to work day shifts Monday-Sunday
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $15.65 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are currently required to wear masks during shifts and we are abiding by Fraser Health mandates for both customer and staff safety.
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
