**This position is a 1 year, full time contract with the option of extending**

Duties

Duties include and are not limited to:

• Telephone customer service support
• Schedule, confirm, modify appointments
• Proofreading radiology reports
• Printing, mailing and filing
• Data processing
• *Manipulating Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) Dicom files
• *Segmentation of 3D data
• Following patient privacy regulations
• Consistent sanitization and ensure all COVID policies are being followed

*Training will be provided, no experience necessary

Skills:

Mandatory

• Sound oral and written communication skills
• Adaptability to changing technology
• Ability to learn new terms and skillsets
• Proficient computer literacy

Relationships:

• Working under the direct supervision of an Oral maxillofacial radiologist
• Receiving feedback from staff radiologists and other support staff
• Providing coaching to fellow support staff

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Permanent

Salary: $18.00 per hour
