As part of our Mobility Outbound team in Toronto, you'll use your relationship-building skills to connect with our long-term residential and small business customers. They want a new phone? You find out what they'd love and show them how easy you can make it theirs. They're worried their bill might become too expensive? You explore all possible price options and find a plan they're comfortable with. If they can benefit from an additional promotion, new product, or service offer, you'll find the solution for them.

  • Competitive base salary of $20.19 (includes a $3.25 premium per hour worked);

  • Available to work full time according to the following schedule:
    • Monday through Friday: 10am till 9pm EST;
    • Saturday and Sundays: 10am till 6pm EST;
  • This position offers the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
    • Eligibility criteria:
      • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
      • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
      • Candidates must reside near the Nordia centre to be able to travel there, if necessary.

Responsibilities:


As a Customer service representative, you will:


  • Make outgoing calls to ensure customer satisfaction towards their current communication products;
  • Enhance trust and loyalty towards the brand by providing a meaningful connection with the client;
  • Promote complementary solutions with added-value according to the client's needs.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – You must provide a remarkable customer service experience that secures and expands the ongoing business relationship with the client;
  • Previous experience in a sales environment, an asset.
  • Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision making;
Training start date: April 10th
