ListSimple has been growing rapidly and is looking for the right team member to join our operations across Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer and Lethbridge). ListSimple helps REALTORS® quickly and efficiently get properties listed for sale. We deliver market leading RMS Measurements and Media/Photography services.

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to respond to client inquiries via phone calls/emails, provide service information and help the customers by being informative, and eager to quickly solve any problems. This role will also include some general Admin work through CRM software and liaising with Field Technicians to schedule appointments.

The position is home office based, and fluctuates between Part-Time and Full-Time hours depending on the time of the year. There is some flexibility in scheduling but the optimal working hours are (whether a 3 hour shift in quieter times of the year or a 8 hour shift in busier times) between 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday to Friday. There will also be weekend shifts required after the first few months of training.

Candidates should:

• Highlight related experience / interest in real estate.
• Be able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues with a polite and professional voice and manner.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge/comfort of appropriate technologies (measurement/drafting or related technologies, CRM, Google Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Chats, etc) and use those appropriately to record, organize and file customer interactions, profile/account changes.
• Efficiently schedule appointments and follow Customer Service procedures and policies.
• Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Provide examples of experience working independently in a self-directed environment.
• Be available to work flexible hours primarily afternoons/evenings (including one weekend both Saturday and Sunday every 4-5 weeks)
• Have available a quiet and dedicated working space in-home with desk/chair.
