Escape Trailer is looking for customer focused individuals to join our growing team. This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work as part of a team. You will be involved in assisting customers with option selections, responding to phone calls and emails, and educating customers on order process, wait time and delivery, as well as other duties that may arise. We value customer relationship, and our Customer Service Specialists should be customer centric: focused on educating versus selling. We are looking for honest, positive people who are excited to learn and work in a growing company. This role is non-commission. Experience in data analysis / manipulation would be an asset.

As a Customer Service Specialist your role includes:

• Assisting customers with their option selections when configuring their Escape Trailer
• Answering phone calls and emails regarding questions on order process, wait time, delivery, etc.
• Customer communication on potential supply chain disruptions, etc.
• Assisting customers during showroom appointments
• Supporting other departments with duties as required

Preferred skills/experience:

• 2+ years experience in customer service
• Previous knowledge in the trailer industry would be beneficial but not required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Customer Service experience
• Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility with daily changing duties
• Completion of the VSA license and upcoming courses (can be completed after hiring)
