Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Service Supervisor (remote) will oversee a team that provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions and communications. In this role, you will supervise the team that optimizes and monitors shipping and returns including processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues. Key Accountabilities
Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.
Partner with team members to decide which tools or systems are appropriate to use for specific customer service environments.
Use comprehensive knowledge of supply customer service practices and procedures to support and assist in developing tactical customer service strategies for a small customer base.
Provide input and feedback to define improvement projects and commitments requiring a substantial understanding of customer service practices and procedures for a medium sized team of customer service representatives or supervisors.
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Weekly travel within the territory to meet and support the team on site.

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/certificate or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Must possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing, authorizing to drive independently during the course of this employment.
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada Preferred Qualifications
One year of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.

This is a remote position with weekly travel requested within the territory to meet and support the team on site.
