Delivery Driver/ VMI Job at S.B. SIMPSON
Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliveries to our Brampton location as needed throughout the week in our company Ford Transit, plus daily deliveries to Hamilton through to St. Catherines/ Niagara, and also the Guelph area once per week
- General warehouse tasks such as picking & packing orders, putting away stock, shipping & receiving as time permits
Secondary responsibilities (as back-up for vacation coverage):
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) replenishment
- Responsible for delivering product on-site to customers, managing their inventory (scanning & restocking), interacting with customers to ensure their needs are fulfilled
- Provide top-notch customer service with an added sales component of up-selling during visit
- MUST be 25 years of age with a valid G license and CLEAN driving record; no AZ or DZ license required
- MUST be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Ideal candidate will excel in customer service and providing the highest customer experience to our clients
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
