Job Description: Digital Marketing Intern

STAN is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who is passionate about digital marketing and technology. We are hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Intern to help us design and execute marketing materials as it relates to our content calendar.

Responsibilities
Supports the overall digital marketing strategy.
Create social media posts using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Maintain and deploy marketing content strategies based on our marketing calendar.
Build on knowledge of our current email, blog, website, and social media activities and our audiences to discover ways to grow our customer acquisition.
Coordinate with copywriters and designers on the creation of digital marketing materials. Understand KPIs and make suggestions on how to improve performance and engagement.
Other duties as determined by management and/or direct supervisors

Qualifications

• Social Media experience using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok is an asset
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other content creation tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and process information
• Organization and time management skills
• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Passion for the digital marketing industry and its best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
