POSITION SUMMARY

Under the guidance and support of the Vice President of Residential, the Director of Residential is accountable for the day-to-day operations of all residential accounts. Including staffing, service, cost control, quality control, budgeting, reporting, client relations, and business development. Based out of our head office in Scarborough, the Director of Residential will be responsible for the overall management of the residential division and meeting the expectations of our clients and company goals.

‪POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage the performance of accounts, ensuring our quality and standards are meeting the expectations of our clients
• Responsive to client requests and challenges
• Provide guidance on security concerns and make recommendations
• Management of client and employee disputes and concerns
• Proposal creation, presentation, and service implementation.
• Identify the developmental needs of employees; coaching, mentoring or otherwise helping employees to improve their knowledge or skills
• Participate in the employee performance appraisal process, providing feedback and counsel as needed

‪POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in BCom.
• 15 years of experience in a similar role
• Must have excellent computer, planning and organizational, communication and delegation skills
• Key software: Tracktic, Ceridian, Celayix

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
