POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Résidence l'Oiseau Bleu is fortunate to host just over 300 autonomous, semi-autonomous and slightly less independent residents. A golden clientele and a team devoted to their well-being! Customer service is at the heart of our values. We are looking for a person to fill the position of dishwasher / dishwasher in the kitchen. This position consists mainly of doing the dishes with our dining room equipment. We are looking for a very dynamic person with good physical capacity.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in ensuring resident and staff safety in the dinning room by enforcing compliance with health and safety standards
• Be required to participate in the serving of meals and/or light housework when required
• Clean kitchen equipment
• Clean kitchen equipment after each use (pots, stove, mixers etc.)
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
• Contribute to the teams efforts to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dinning room(s)
• Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Perform other related duties
• Wash dishes after each meal and store in appropriate places
