We are currently seeking FULL-TIME customer oriented candidates to join our team in our Communications Centre.
Description: Typical Daily Duties Include: - Primary Client Liaison - Administrative Duties; filing, reporting, correspondence - Primary Communications Personnel - Monitoring Alarm software - Live Camera Feeds and Video Surveillance - Answering Phones and Assisting Clients - Tracking and Documenting Activity - Dispatching Mobile Units via two-way radio
Requirements: * Exceptional customer service skills * Must be comfortable answering phones and excel in client care * Must have extensive experience with computers * Must be able to type quickly and efficiently * Must be able to provide own transportation to and from work
