Draftsman or Draftswoman Job at Total Tech Surveying Inc.

- 3 plus years of related experience or equivalent education in Architectural/Civil Drafting in AutoCAD ONLY is also ABSOLUTELY essential.
- Able to interpret and/or analyze technical documents to prepare legal drawings.
- Preparing Siteplan drawings including Lot Grading Plans and other legal documents as directed in the field of Land Surveying.
- Performing general duties such as: printing, plotting, submitting drawings and completing mark-ups.
- AutoCAD experience and training in other software will be provided to improve performance.
- Team player orientation. Punctual with work commitments and scheduling of time with various projects.
- Proficiency with MS-Office; and the willingness to learn new systems and software programs. On the job training will be provided during the initial start with our company.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication in Canadian English vocabulary and coordination of skills to interface with other employees either in person or through emails and other internet research.
- Proactive problem solver with strong listening skills.
- Experience in the use of emails including sending of PDFs and other documents as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
