Job Description

ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services and CreeQuest are looking to hire experienced Linen Delivery Drivers for a remote lodge near Timmins, Northern Ontario. AZ/ DZ Class license is required, as well as updated WHMIS and Ontario Worker Health & Safety certificates.

The Driver III will be primarily responsible for loading and unloading of a 20 foot c-can with the use of a tandem tilt deck while following all truck/vehicle safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for loading and unloading of c-can/transport from Cochrane area to Timmons Ontario
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a clean, neat appearance to represent the company
• Clean all vehicles and equipment after use
• Fuel vehicles as necessary
• Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and Daily log book
• Report necessary maintenance or repairs on equipment and vehicles to Managers in a timely manner
• Perform all job duties in a safe manner by adhering to all driving regulations, road signs, and company safety policies and procedures
• Report moving violations that are received on or off duty to manager immediately
• Work in other areas or departments as needed

Qualifications

• AZ/DZ Class license is required along with drivers abstract no longer than 3 months old since time of application
• Must be able to drive a standard transmission
• Must be able to install tire chains in inclement weather
• Must be able be able to maintain daily log book
• Must be able to load and unload trucks, to meet the needs of the business.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
