THE JOB…

  • Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
  • Contribute to the company’s overall digital marketing strategy setting
  • Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
  • Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
  • Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
  • Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the website traffic and online production
  • Examining sales-related metrics to inform eCommerce strategy.
  • Support day-to-day site updates. Includes adding or removing assets, updating landing pages, merchandising collection pages, updating blogs, setting up promotions, and ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
  • Perform regular site audits to find opportunities to improve SEO, user experience, and conversion. As part of this, you would check for correct pricing, images, forms, and other areas as needed.
  • Ensure Customer Service service levels are achieved, and any required fixes are handled immediately.
  • Track eCommerce analytics against business-defined KPIs, and update reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Drive customers’ onboarding process ensuring high customer satisfaction

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR…?

  • Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
  • 3+ years of work experience as an eCommerce Manager, Sales Manager, or a related role, ideally in B2B.
  • Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
  • Complete knowledge of eCommerce procedures and techniques
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and other marketing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
  • Having a positive attitude
  • Being a self-starter with the ability to work with a start-up mindset
  • Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
