Employment Program Facilitator

Duties of the Employment Program Facilitator include:

• Facilitate work readiness workshops with a group
• Use a trauma informed approach while communicating with clients
• Stay up to date on employer expectations and hiring practices
• Develop or edit resumes, cover letters and interview skills
• Liaise with the Job Developer and other Employment Program Facilitator
• Coordinate mock interviews
• Complete monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Develop/add to library of training resources for clients (WHIMIS, First Aid, etc)
• Connect clients/caseworkers with materials and resources needed for employment
• Documentation within Salesforce around client/program updates

Qualifications:

• Experience with previous facilitation
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and dependable
• Secondary Education is an asset but not a requirement

Hours: Monday- Thursday 8:30am-4:00pm in office, Fridays are a work from home day

Salary: $24.24/hour

Benefits: reachAbility offers a benefits package after a 3 month probationary period that includes health and dental. We offer paid vacation and wellness days as well. There is free parking at the building.
