We Offer:
- $16/hour - $18/hour (depending on experience)
- Full Time hours: 4 days / week; 40 hours / week with overtime availability
- Monday – Thursday (Fridays off), day time hours (9am - 7pm)
- Training for the first 4 weeks will be 7 am - 3 pm
- 2 weeks of vacation per year, with 3 weeks after 5 years

We are currently looking for a Food Production Worker to join our team!
About the Opportunity
As an elite manufacturer of organic dressings, dips and sauces, we are looking for a Food Production Worker with immaculate attention to detail to help in our facility. If you have a solid understanding of good manufacturing processes and food preparation, with the ability to assist in a General Labour capacity, we want to hear from you!
Specific Responsibilities
- Operating under strict Food GMP practices
- Follow all food and employee safety practices
- Weigh and measure ingredients for batches
- Operate cold blender to prepare batches
- Measure and record key quality and food safety information
- Operate equipment to fill glass and plastic containers
- Label, seal and pack jars/bottles in to corrugate
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly sanitizing/cleaning processes
- Receive, count and reconcile raw and packaging inventory
- Pick, pack and load orders for customers as required
- Support operations department to achieve Company KPI targets

- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. repetitively for the 10-hour shift
- Must be able to work on their feet for the entire 10-hour shift
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
Previous Experience Preferred
- Prior experience in food or packaged goods manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in the food industry related to manufacturing
