Front Desk Associate Job at Sterling Inn and Spa
The Sterling In & Spa is currently seeking a motivated, outgoing, customer service oriented individual to join our team. Job duties include and are not limited to the following:
- Meets with guests and provides outstanding customer service to all guests, owners, and visitors of the hotel.
- Assists guests in our Boutique Hotel in a friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
- Knows all essential aspects of our hotel operations.
- Builds an extensive knowledge base of local area restaurants, shops, attractions, transportation options, and airports.
- Supports operations partners and vendors delivering communication to managers and guests on a daily basis.
- Supports management with administrative tasks.
- Maintains inventory and stock of supplies, sundries and collateral for concierge desk.
- Provides pre-arrival support for guests arriving on packages.
- Facilitates correspondence with guests.
- Works collaboratively with other team members and upper management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-44 per week
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
