About EExit Yorkville: EExit Yorkville provides indoor facility with an escape game in which a team of players cooperatively discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in one or more rooms in order to progress and accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time. We use old as well as advance technologies such as Virtual Reality to provide immersive experience to the customers. Our objective is to create the entertainment which is suitable for family, team building and individuals.

Objective: We are looking for front desk staff for our Escape Room. Students are also welcome.

Responsibilities: Your job responsibilities include greeting customers, handling customer bookings, cleaning and setting up game rooms, opening/closing the store, maintenance, and repair work.

Skills:
a) Must have experience of customer service and have good communication skills
b) Nice to have Handyman work experience like light electrical, carpentry and maintenance work.
c) Ready to analyze, troubleshoot and fixing the issues associated with the equipment, building, lighting and furniture.
d) Experience of working in excel, word document and power point to prepare marketing material. Knowledge of adobe photo shop or video editing software is preferred but not mandatory.
e) Ready to work in the evening shift (5pm - 1am) and in the weekends.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

Salary: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
