WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone adept at building responsive user-facing web applications. Someone who writes clean, clean and re-usable code, and has a passion for working with modern frameworks like Angular 2+ (what we use), React, or Vue. Someone who will fit right in with our highly entrepreneurial and driven team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Iterate on and maintain existing Angular single-page applications;
• Develop new user-facing features;
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to bring UI/UX designs to life;
• Develop application code, applying your knowledge of best standards and design patterns;
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use;
• Optimize application for speed and scalability;
• Collaborate with other developers in developing and maintaining code standards and best practices;
• Administer and automate continuous tests for user experience and customer flow.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION?

• 2+ years’ experience using modern frameworks like Angular 2+, React, or Vue;
• Strong knowledge base in Typescript/Javascript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, RxJS;
• Entrepreneurial spirit - willing to experiment, test new processes, and adapt quickly;
• Highly collaborative - demonstrated ability to work exceptionally well in teams.

LOCATION

This position is fully remote. We are headquartered in St. John’s, NL.
