Our organization is searching for a Pharmacy Manager to oversee one of our multidisciplinary and clinically-oriented small-scale pharmacies within a multidisciplinary clinic. The ideal pharmacist will be focused on exemplary patient care, willing to work collaboratively with prescribers, and either familiar with or willing to learn about pharmacy operations. We're looking for an effective leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and a life-long learner.

About Indigo Pharmacy

Indigo Pharmacy is a group of clinically focused independent pharmacies integrated into medical clinics offering regular and specialty prescription services with two locations in Vancouver and one in New Westminster.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and accurate medication information and pharmacy services including medication reviews, immunizations, medication compounding, and dispensing
  • Work with the rest of the pharmacist team to ensure continuity of patient care
  • Supervise pharmacy assistants and provide training as needed
  • Oversee the pharmacy's day-to-day operations, including stock and supply management, adherence to regulatory standards, etc.
  • Support and promote positive staff-patient relationships
  • Work with prescribers both in and outside of the attached clinic to support their practice, answer questions, and optimize patient care

Position Benefits:

Position Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Wage: Scaled to experience - competitive
