We are looking for a Account Manager with a passion to join our Sales team. You will be involved in all aspects of the sales process including offering ongoing support and education to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert prospective warm leads into new clients
- Educate new and existing clients on our trading platform and products
- Build long lasting trust relationships with clients
- Processing clients' deposits and withdrawals to ensure that they are made and received in a timely manner.
- Manage the answering of customer support queries on the website's live chat, email and the phone.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience ideally in a phone sales
- Understanding of financial markets, financial investments, and detailed understanding of various trading strategies
- Ambitious with continuous desire for personal and professional development.
- Excellent language skills in English.
