Come join our fun and adventurous team! You will be working in a natural playground of rugged coastal mountains, rainforests and ocean. Spend your summer getting paid to be where others vacation!

Get to know us:

Moutcha Bay Resort is a remote destination dedicated to sustainable adventure tourism, located 2 hours west of Campbell River on Vancouver Island by road. We host guests from around the world and love to share our passion for saltwater sportfishing and other outdoor adventures.

Who you are:

• You have a valid driver's license and can provide a driver's abstract
• You have experience with landscaping and gardening
  
• You have the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and work while standing/walking/crouching/kneeling for prolonged periods
• You enjoy working outdoors in changing weather
  

• You have strong organizational skills and enjoy working independently
• You are energetic and enthusiastic

What you’ll be doing:

• You'll oversee the maintenance of property gardens, baskets, shrubs and greenscapes
• You'll plant, weed, trim, water, and care for gardens, baskets, shrubs, and greenscapes
• You'll warmly greet, direct, and assist campground guests
• You'll help check campgrounds guests in and assist with their departure
  
• You'll supply firewood and assist with septic dump services
• You'll maintain campground playground, washrooms, sites, and landscapes
• You'll ensure campsites are clean and ready for new arrivals
• You'll complete daily checks and communicate with the maintenance team
• You'll be helping to create memorable guest experiences

Working with us:

This position has an anticipated start date of May 15 and and end date of September 15, 2023. Contract length is subject to change based on the demands of the season.

Meals and staff accommodation are included in the employment package!
