Your role:

As a Foreman you are ready to take an active role in the success of residential single-family construction project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Quality Control

· Reference Plans

· Create Deficiency Lists

· Assist Senior Superintendent

· Help Manage Daily Tasks

· Follow Up with Trades Not On Site

· Coordinate site personnel

· Monitor site progress.

· Monitor job site clean up

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a construction Foreman an asset
• Minimum 2 years multi-family mid-rise construction an asset
• Proactive communicator
• Keen organizational skills
• Team player
• Work both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 weeks

Salary: $38.00-$47.00 per hour
