Titan Fence Company is a growing fencing company located in Kelowna, BC. We are looking for a labourer to join our install team. At Titan, we have an amazing group of people on our team who know how to work hard, have fun, and have a passion for everything we design and install.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for working outdoors in all types of weather. The ideal candidate would be someone who would like to grow with our company and offer opportunities for advancement.

This position can require 40+ hours a week Titan offers some of the best wages in the province based on experience, which can range from $20-$25/hr for labourers. Plus, bonuses, incentives, company vehicles, and 1.5+ hours of daily overtime.

This position can be physically demanding, digging, lifting etc. and sometimes not in the ideal outdoor conditions. It can require long hours in changing weather.

To be successful in this role you will be able to follow direction, communicate effectively, be a problem solver, responsible and be used to manual labor.

Job requirements:

-Some work experience in construction, landscaping or fencing is an asset

-Live in the Okanagan

-Ability to walk, stand, crouch, and carry out strenuous physical activity

-Be able to read a tape measure

-Be able to lift 50lbs

-Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment

-Be able to operate power tools

-Be able to problem solve onsite for any issues that may come up

-Be able to work in outdoor weather conditions

-Demonstrate high standards of quality and efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
