Want to be involved with growing non-profit organization that strives to help the most critically ill or injured patients by providing experienced pre-hospital care in the Kootenay region? Kootenay Emergency Response Physicians Association (KERPA) is a registered charity looking for a motivated and creative professional fundraiser to join our team as we grow our operations and educational programs. KERPA was recently awarded Special Operations Accreditation, a first in British Columbia, through The Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS). (link removed)
Responsibilities:
- Lead grant and large foundation funding applications to meet or surpass fundraising targets. Including researching and identifying eligible funding sources.
- Organize a fundraising event.
- Grow our monthly donor program, including brainstorming and developing new methods and marketing to raise funds.
Requirements:
- Results oriented.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to initiate and manage projects independently.
- Passion towards supporting safety in the community.
