Currently Technica is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Graphic Design Intern located in Sudbury, ON. This individual will work to develop and enhance their skills and graphic design portfolio to help improve Technica’s growth: market penetration, service/product development, market expansion and diversification. The key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Create and design print and digital materials
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects within given deadlines
• Use graphic design software and work with a variety of media platforms
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Specialist to develop design concepts
• Prepare rough drafts/mock-ups and present ideas
• Attend weekly meetings
• Assemble final presentation material for printing as required

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently attending post-secondary education in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Experience with design and graphic editing software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent working knowledge of graphic design fundamentals and communications
• Critical thinking mindset and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing and able to undergo pre-employment testing as a condition of employment
