Grow Room Team Member Job at Microgreens Ottawa
Grow Room Team members are responsible for daily watering of crops, prepping and planting flats (trays) along with some harvesting and packing. Team members will also be attending to customers from time to time. Grow room environment awareness, daily work station cleaning, trouble shooting and plant management training will be provided. Retail sales and cash handling for walk in customers.
We have one permanent part time position available. The position consists of two 5-8 hour WEEKDAY DAYTIME shifts. This position does include some heavy lifting, customer service, and getting your hands dirty. If you’re still interested, we’d love to meet you. Previous retail experience is not required but an outgoing personality, the ability to adapt on the fly, and the will to learn is paramount.
