This is very much of an influencer role where you have a proven ability to lead initiatives that generate new business. As an integral member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will strive to achieve and exceed sales objectives and conversion goals by engaging clients through the execution of campaigns and leads. You will also be responsible for providing innovative ideas and sharing client insights.

You are someone that takes a proactive approach to tracking and driving opportunities to closure. You are comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization and guiding conversations with clients in a consultative manner.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Successfully build a pipeline of potential clients through different means of prospecting (online campaigns, emails, phone, LinkedIn, email sequencing, zoom, etc.) as well as leveraging relationships to generate new sales, develop new business opportunities and strengthen the company's brand
  • Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources including phone, internet, and referrals
  • Leverage the salesforce.com database comprising of client information, leads and potential sales opportunities
  • Prepare meeting materials (i.e., sales decks, business proposals, etc.) to help support the sales team
  • Assist in developing sales scripts, feature sheets, value proposition messaging, proposals, presentations, tips on handling sales objections and other documentation to help convey the business value of our service offerings
  • Network with organizations, trade shows associations, local groups, etc. where you are actively involved in relevant events to build relationships, keep current with trends, and uncover opportunities that lead to sales prospects

What we require:

  • An undergraduate degree required and/or related work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, tele sales, inside sales or prospecting role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities at different stages
  • Demonstrated proficiency with a general understanding of sales and marketing support techniques (e.g., Pardot)
  • Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs, LinkedIn and other sales tools
  • Human Resources background would be an asset.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • Embraces a consultative selling approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and influencing skills
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills which include the ability to propose solutions for clients
  • Collaborative approach with proven relationship building skills to drive results through influencing both internally and externally
  • Increase awareness of MaxPeople's services through active participation at National and local events
