GSE shop / automotive mechanic

About the position:
We are seeking a GSE shop / automotive mechanic to perform a variety of repair and preventive maintenance tasks on our vehicles and aircraft GSE.
Responsibilities
- Organize, schedule and perform vehicle and GSE maintenance
- Inspect and service the equipment in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Diagnose vehicle and GSE malfunctions and making required repairs.
- Diagnose Hydraulic and Electrical malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Use lubrication equipment and other vehicle repair tooling and equipment, and operate all tooling and machinery in a safe and effective manner.
- Sign out inspection, maintenance, work reports and forms in accordance with established procedures.
- Testing the equipment after repair.
- Candidates should be able to read and understand various schematic diagrams for maintenance troubleshooting.
- Individuals need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements and skills
- Be reliable and On-Time.
- Completed vehicle apprentice program with certified diploma
- Valid Automotive Service Technician, Commercial Transport Mechanic
- Hold a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have 310S, 310T, OR Red Seal
- Hydraulics experience.
- Able to perform under stress.
- No Criminal Records.
- Willing to go through extensive Verifications and Training to obtain Airport related certifications and accreditations. (Offered by the company)

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Automotive repair: 1 year (required)
