8 year old female with PMHx significant for Ischemic Encephalopathy at birth, Cerebral Palsy, Quadriplegia and Epilepsy. She is G-tube dependent. Mother is having increasing difficulty getting her in and out of the bath and would like assistance with same as well as respite.
INTERVENTION: dressing, personal hygiene, transfers, incontinence care, bathing, respite
