Job Summary:
We are looking for a part-time HR administrator to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in duties such as preparing HR related documents, updating the HR database and processing employee requests. You will be responsible to provide knowledgeable support to management and staff and ensures all HR policies are administered in a manner consistent with Coreio’s procedures and standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Update ATS or HRIS databases during the recruitment, hiring, and/or offboarding process
  • Prepare paperwork for company wide HR initiatives, policies and procedures
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Collaborate with recruiters to post job ads on careers pages and/or process incoming resumes
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
  • Drafting up offer letters, performance and bonus letters
  • Create reports and documents for various HR initiatives
  • Other HR related tasks as required
Requirements and skills:
  • Strong PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications (especially Excel); experience with ATS or HR software is a bonus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be able to work independently and in a teamwork setting
  • College diploma/University degree in Human Resources or relevant field
