The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing confidential administrative support in all related functional areas. This includes, but is not limited to recruitment, onboarding, benefits, reward and recognition program, health and safety, and maintenance of personnel information.

Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate of a post-secondary degree or diploma program in a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and energetic team player with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability and eagerness to learn NCU systems, policies & procedures.
