7+ years of experience in software industry experience in creation and implementation of Jasper Reports.
At least 3 years hands-on experience in Java/J2EE frameworks
Hands-on experience with Jasper Reports and various Core Java technologies and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, MVC frameworks, Java EE stack, concurrency, JMS, JMX, SOAP, REST)
Good Knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL
Good Knowledge of JSON / XML based frameworks
Good knowledge working experience with JSP, Javascript.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong business and data analysis skills.
Know-how of agile development practices (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
Adaptable, able to work across teams, functions and applications
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and client-focused
Prior financial/banking experience is highly desirable
