Wage: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience

Experience:

• At least 5 - 10 years experience
• Experience supervising staff
• Must be able to provide a clean drivers abstract

Skills and Abilities:

• Able to read blueprints and interpret drawings
• Ability to communicate and write in English
• Driver’s license required
• Own tools required.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be able to work at heights and in all weather conditions in a safe manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining project schedule
• Provides accurate estimates of gear/materials required for jobs
• Promote and enforce safe work practices
• Work closely site superintendents/foreman to provide access solutions as they arise on jobsites
• Mentor/teach apprentices
• Accurately report time worked to payroll
