Jardeg Construction is Contracting looking for several Pipefitters with Rigging Experience you would be working out of the Conoco Philips Surmont site South or Fort MacMurray. Position Duties:
As a Journeyperson Pipefitter you will:
Material handling 80-foot length of 4" /16"/ 20" / 24" pipe,- installing bolt on pipe supports,
- set pipe on pipeline cones for Insulators to apply insulation,
- load and offload pipe spools off trailer
- Operate a variety of industrial facilities equipment and hand tools.
- Work in confined spaces such as in vessels, tanks and towers.
- Measure, cut, curve, gather and install piping, valves and fittings.
- Be able to use testing equipment to check for leaks.
- Perform QA/QC checks for all work performed.
- Develop procedures as required.
- Perform general duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- CSTS 2020
- Fall Protection (OSSA Preferred)
- Confined Space (OSSA Preferred)
- Journeyman Certificate or be a registered Apprentice
- Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada,
- Pre employment A/D testing required
- Job Duration: January 3, 2023 – March 31, 2023
- Benefits after 300 Hours
- 12 Hour Shifts.
- Pay Rate $ 46.90
- Travel Pay
- Overtime Pay
- Camp work.
- Shifts are 14/7
